| Deposit and
Cancellation Policies |
| A 20%
deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation - either
by credit card of cheque. If the deposit is not received, all accommodation
and ferry bookings will be cancelled. |
| A cancellation
fee of $50 will apply under any and all circumstances.

| High
Season bookings - a further 30% deposit is required to be received,
no later then one calender month prior to arrival date. |
Cancellation

Cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival - cancellation fee only
Cancelled within 48 hours of arrival - 1 night cancellation fee |
Cancellation
policy - High Season
If the apartment is relet for the total period formally booked by
you -
The cancellation fee only will be charged and the balance refunded.
If the apartment is not relet for the total period formally booked
by you -
The deposit paid will NOT be refunded. |
